Brenda Brin Booker;1932-2001, born in East London, at the age of 16 won a scholarship to study at the South West Essex School of Art, and then at the Slade School, London University where she was awarded the Slade Diploma in Fine Art. With Joan Thewsey she founded Five Women Artists Plus, (5WAP) in 1981. In 1988 she was awarded a B.Sc (Hons) degree in psychology as a mature student at University College London.

This original etching has retained its colour, bright and unfaded in black ink, with fine detail and plate tone, the image measures approximately 15 cms x 12 cms. (6 x ins.)

Printed on a laid paper sheet size 18 cms x 14 cms. (7 x 5½ ins.)

 Signed in pencil below the image.

Unframed and unmounted, the condition of the image and sheet is good with minor handling marks condusive with age.
