A superb woodcut which is bright and unfaded in black ink, the image size measuring approximately 9 cms. x 16 cms, (3½ x 6½ ins.)  on a  medium  wove paper sheet, size of 16 cms. x  26 cms, (6½ x 10 ins.)

Signed in the image and in pencil by the artist in the lower margin.

Unmounted and unframed, the condition of the image is excellent and the sheet good, with a gentle bend to the upper edge and mounting hinge remnants to the reverse sheet edge.
