A superb drypoint etching which has retained its excellent colouring, bright and unfaded, in black ink with fine detail, plate tone and drypoint burr, the image size measuring approximately 23 cms. x 28 cms. (9 x 11 ins.) within a strong platemark and impression on a wove paper sheet size of 26 cms. x 38 cms. (10½ x 15 ins.) with full margins.
Signed in the image and in pencil by the artist in the lower margin.
Unframed and unmounted, the condition of the image and sheet is very good with handling marks condusive with age.
