United Kingdom and International deliveries;
Delivery can be to any U.K. mainland address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
We will be happy to ship internationally. As costs vary significantly between different countries and mail services, please contact us for a Postage & Packaging quote before purchase.
Shipping and Packaging of our prints;
All of our prints are shipped in a sealed protective plastic sleeve, (unless size prohibits this) and sandwiched between double wall thick corrugated cardboard tailored to size to ensure maximum protection against bending and damage, or carefully rolled and shipped in large diameter art tubes, where possible we use clean recycled materials.
We use Royal Mail First Class Signed For for all domestic UK shipments unless otherwise requested. Larger shipments will be by Parcel Force. We include insurance in the shipping costs.
Please consider that the cost for shipping includes the cost of packaging materials, the increased time and care for packaging, and the increased carrier costs due to fuel surcharges.
Once your art is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice with tracking information if issued, please retain the notifying email as you will need any tracking number if you wish to check on its progress. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
Fine Printed Inc will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Fine Printed Inc shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Is a signature required on delivery;
A signature is usually required so please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.
If there is no one to take delivery a card will be left giving instructions on how to collect the package from your local sorting office or re-arrange delivery.

If a package is returned to us because it has not been collected or the courier has not been contacted we can only refund the value of the order less all packaging and delivery costs. Packages sent by courier will incur both an outward and return delivery charge.
What if my order gets lost in the post;
If you have not received your item after a reasonable time has passed, please notify us. You are expected to allow a reasonable amount of time (dependent on location and shipping method used) for items to arrive, before considering them 'lost'. For example, Royal Mail will not consider an item 'lost' until 15 working days after the posting date.
If the art does not live up to your expectations we offer a full refund of your purchase amount once we receive the item in the condition it was stated in the listing and in the condition it was in when it was shipped. Refund requests should be submitted to us no later than seven days after receipt. Every effort should be made to return ship in the original packaging. We do not usually reimburse shipping charges. Cancellation of Orders;

Fine Printed Inc shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
