Percy Robertson; British artist, 1868-1934, born in Bellagio, Italy; landscape painter-etcher, who was the son of the British watercolourist Charles Robertson. Percy studied at Charterhouse, He lived in Godalming, London and between 1909-1915 at The Cherries, Maidenhead, Berkshire.
A fine etching which is bright and unfaded in a dark brown ink. The image size measuring approximately 24 cms. x 18 cms. (10 x 7 ins.) printed within a strong platemark and impression, on a wove paper sheet size of 31 cms. x 24 cms. (12 x 9½ ins.) with full margins.
Signed by the artist in the image.
Unframed and unmounted, blank on the reverse, the condition of the image and the sheet is good with handling marks and toning condusive with age.
