Robert Craig-Wallace; 1886-1969, Scottish artist known for his watercolour and oil paintings of yachting scenes.
An original etching which has retained its colour, bright and unfaded, with superb black raised intaglio ink lines and plate toning, the image measures approximately 30 cms. x 22 cms. (12 x 8½ ins.) within a strong platemark and impression on a wove paper sheet measuring 33 cms. x 25 cms. (13 x 10 ins.) with deckle edges.
Signed in pencil by the artist with the edition in the lower margin.
Unmounted and unframed, blank on the reverse, the condition of the image and the sheet is good with handling marks condusive with age.
